Examines the structure and design of organizations and the management tools used in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, leading, and coordinating organizations. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Understand the core functional areas of business related to the theory and practice of management. 2. Demonstrate critical-thinking and problem-solving skills by performing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis of managerial issues. 3.
