Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing; formal acceptance to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Program by portfolio review, or department approval. Explores deconstruction of the image in both a formal and conceptual process. Analyzes liquid emulsions, mixed media, encaustic, and alternative surfaces and materials. Examines the possibilities of the image beyond two-dimensional traditional photography.. Course Lab fee of $19 for equipment applies.
