Prerequisite(s): AVSC 1050, AVSC 1100. Introduces aviation law and regulations. Studies rights and responsibilities of a pilot in command of an aircraft while operating in a commercial revenue generated environment. Discusses the history of commercial aviation, Air Commerce Act, and government regulatory agencies. Successful completers should have a basic knowledge of federal, state, and international law in order to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations.. May be delivered online.
