Teaches effects of weather, air traffic control and maintenance on fleet logistics. Introduces responsibilities of dispatchers, routers, maintenance controllers, and general system operations. Covers pertinent crew and operational federal aviation regulations. Examines tools and practices of airline system control and corporate flight departments. Explores responsibilities and authority of dispatchers and schedulers.
