Prerequisite(s): ENGL 2010 and (ENGL 2610 or ENGL 2620), both with a grade of C- or higher and University Advanced Standing. Explores British poetry, fiction, and nonfiction of the Romantic era (approx. 1780-1830) by authors including Blake, Wordsworth, Coleridge, Byron, Keats, the Shelleys, and Austen. Examines historical and philosophical trends that shaped the era's literature and were shaped by it.
