Examines financial management in the business environment; time value of money; fundamentals of security valuation; the capital asset pricing model and capital budgeting. Introduces finance terminology and quantitative techniques used in financial analysis. Covers financial ratios and financial statement analysis, cost of capital, working capital policies, dividend policy, and a brief overview of international finance..
