Prerequisite(s): HONR 400R (Senior status or permission of Honors Director) and University Advanced Standing. Corequisite(s): Enrollment in Honors Program. For students completing a baccalaureate degree and the Honors Program. Provides an opportunity for seniors in the Program to research and write on a topic related to their major, supervised by a faculty mentor. Includes independent research as necessary. Culminates in the preparation of a written paper and oral presentation describing the results of the research project. Honors Project HONR 499R may be substituted. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits toward graduation.
