Prerequisite(s): (PHIL 2050 or 205H or 205G) and (ENGL 2010 or 201H) and University Advanced Standing. Examines a particular interdisciplinary topic; topics vary from semester to semester. Presents topics that cross one or more fields of academic specialty from the arts and sciences. Includes lecture, reading, discussion and research. Research and writing intensive, requires final research paper. May be repeated for a maximum of 12 credits toward graduation.
