Introduces distinctions between legal and illegal activity in the industry. Teaches the history of direct sales, compensation plans, and industry ethics. Analyzes communication skills in the direct sales industry. Explores the unique nature of the relationship between the company and the independent representative. Uses discussion, lecture, presentations and group activities to increase understanding and ability to analyze business under the umbrella of direct sales.
