The principal mechanisms of personal financial planning include: responsible use of credit, investing and asset allocation, risk management, tax planning, retirement planning, and real estate planning. The course serves booth s an all-in-one primer in financial literacy and as a foundation for further course work for students who wish to become financial planning professionals.
