Description:
An introduction to basic probability theory, sampling from normal populations, large-sample problems, sampling from one or two populations, estimation, and testing. R is used to perform statistical analyses. There are three lectures and one 1 1/2 hour lab per week. Prerequisites: 'C' or better in MATH 1220 OR MATH 1250 OR MATH 1311 OR MATH 1320 OR MATH 1321 OR MATH 2210 OR MATH 2310 AP Calculus BC score of 4+
