This course introduces concepts associated with evidence-based nursing practice. Emphasis is place on defining and describing scientific research methods and processes and locating and evaluating evidence for nursing practice. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to locate, evaluate, and translate evidence from the discipline of nursing for use in the profession of nursing. Prerequisites: Full Major status in Nursing.
