Description:
Building on foundation skills learned in Private Voice I, this course is an individual study of applied voice, vocal literature, musical styles and performance focusing on techniques for musical theatre singing. Weekly private lessons nurture the development of musical theatre students and are a vital part of the course of study. Monthly mastery classes provide solo performance opportunities in a group forum. A minimum of five clock hours per week of practice outside of private instruction is required. This course may be repeated up to four times. Prerequisites: 'C' or better in THEA 2011 OR Instructor Consent
