Description:

Practicum credit is given for a supervised, structured work experience related to farming or ranching, agribusiness, veterinary, or agricultural science situations. The experience may be provided at the SUU Farm or another approved work site. The student must confer with an advisor and complete a minimum of three (3) hours work per week for each credit of practicum. Four (4) credits are required for the Certificate in Livestock Farm Management and an additional four (4) credits are required for an AAS degree (see AGSC 2950).
