This course will provide students with an opportunity to explore the integration of dance and technology, specifically the use of the digital video medium and the use of the internet for creative and professional distribution. DANC 2610 will introduce students to dance-videography, video editing, and dissemination of work through media such as the DVD format, Youtube, Vimeo and the creation/maintenance of on-line portfolios.
