This course will examine the fourth step in the EBP process, moving from a focus on finding, and evaluating the evidence to actively using it to produce quality outcomes. Essentials for implementation of the evidence will include the study of reflection, philosophy and conceptual framework models. Work contextual factors as they relate to EBP linked to overall organizational improvement will be assesed. Implemenation project steps and time lines will be discussed.
