The course provides a menu of relevant policy instruments used in the management and development of cities and towns. The course enables students to apply these instruments to analyze and address the economic challenges and opportunities communities face. Prerequisites: 'C' or better in CMP 2010 AND Full Major or Minor status in Urban Ecology
