This course is a continuation of BALLE 4780 and offers a more in-depth examination of the art of teaching classical ballet. It specifically includes material for ages 10-17. The student will: acquire techniques for teaching age-appropriate ballet movement vocabulary; learn how to incorporate class progression in the studio; develop a teaching curriculum, accompanying syllabi, and lesson plans for sequential levels of ballet technique. Prerequisites: "C-" or better in BALLE 4780 OR Department Consent.
