Supply chain management (SCM) is integrative in nature, requiring a systems approach to the design and management of supply chain processes across functions and organizational boundaries. This capstone SCM course provides a summative learning experience in which students integrate and apply their knowledge and skills in simulations, real-world cases, and large-scale data sets. The course emphasizes the conceptual and analytical skills needed to plan, source, make and deliver distinctive customer value in collaboration with supply chain partners. The course also covers current events and emerging topics in today's supply chains.
