Prerequisite(s): ENGL 2250 or ENGL 225H with a C- or higher, and University Advanced Standing. Provides intermediate instruction in practices and techniques for generating, writing, and revising original plays. Focuses on critical theories associated with contemporary play writing. Explores and provides practice in various categories of drama. Utilizes the creative writing workshop as the primary method of critical engagement with and critique of original writing.
