Designed to help students understand the importance of western culture and heritage. Tourism in a rapidly growing recreation industry. May be a transfer credit depending on major. Students will investigate how to transform underdeveloped western culture and historic sites into value added enterprises. Business and marketing skills will be blended with recreation site development skills resulting in a comprehensive recreation enterprise. Class includes lecture, lab and field trip. Prerequisite/Restriction: PRP 1100 Campus: USU-CEU only
