Students will gain a deep understanding of the historical and cultural complexity of Latina/o communities in the U.S. Through an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from various comparative critical frameworks, students will examine a wide range of issues tied to the Latina/o community. Prerequisite: At least two of the following courses, SPAN 3600, SPAN 3610, SPAN 3620, 3630, and 3640.
