Students receive individual, detailed feedback concerning their expressive ASL skills. Students present material in American Sign Language, with a focus on improving identified areas of weakness. Cooperative learning is encouraged. Experiences with fluent users of ASL and interpreter mentors via the lab provide students with basic interpreting skills.
