This course introduces various renewable energy resources, nuclear energy and energy storage technologies. Fundamental principles and analysis using thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer are emphasized. Students explore the concept of hybrid energy systems to improve energy efficiency, increase renewable energy, and mitigate environmental impact. Prerequisite/Restriction: MAE 3440 Student must be in the Professional Engineering Program or have Graduate Standing
