Corequisite(s): THEA 1514. Surveys all elements of theatre and film production including sets, lighting, sound, properties, and costumes. Offers experience in the construction, painting, dressing, and striking of sets and props; the hanging, focusing and gelling of lighting instruments; the preparation of sound effects; and the operation of sound and lighting control equipment. Utilizes lecture, demonstration, films, and observation of working production facilities and personnel.. Course fee of $30 for equipment applies.
