Prerequisite(s): Must be a heritage Spanish speaker (heritage speakers are individuals who speak their first language, which is not English, at home).. For heritage speakers of Spanish with little knowledge of grammar and no formal training in the language. Emphasizes and develops the oral skills students already possess as well as the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Meets Global Intercultural requirements.
