Communications and public relations professionals must have solid interpersonal, small group, public speaking and organizational communications skills to be effective in whatever organizational structure they find themselves in. They must also know how to lead, coach, and train their internal and external clients to be better communicators within their own organizations. This class was developed to give students an opportunity to learn and apply basic skills in those areas.
