Application of continuous improvement concepts, systems, and techniques throughout the organization. Analysis of contemporary methods of management and continuous improvement. Topics include: continuous flow, scientific thinking and the continuous improvement cycle, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, mistake proofing, and creative problem-solving.Prerequisite/Restriction: Admittance to a USU major, cumulative GPA of 2.67 or higher, completion of at least 90 credits.
