Topics include sound waves, electromagnetic forces and fields, electric potential, Maxwell's equations, electrical circuits, optics, particle-wave duality, atomic and nuclear phenomena, and special relativity. The course includes activities related to the profession of physics. Prerequisites: MATH 1220 PHYS 2310 or PHYS 2210 Instructor permission
