Organizational Behavior Management is the application of behavior-analytic methods and principles to address performance issues in the workplace. Students will refresh their understanding of these methods and principles and will then learn to apply them in business settings. Students will use the skills they acquire in their class to design a performance management intervention. Prerequisite/Restriction: PSY 1400, PSY 1410. Crosslisted as PSY 6280.
