Description:
This course is designed for freshman students admitted to the Business ASAP Program. It is designed to fully immerse students into the theory and practice of the full spectrum of business discipline through participation in a case studies format. Cases will focus practically and specifically on business disciplines such as marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, accounting, economics, and management. It will include guest speakers, offsite visits, and direct contact with local and regional business leaders. Students will also receive special preparation to compete in the job market for meaningful summer internships with top local and regional companies. Prerequisites: Member of Business Scholars program AND Department Consent.
