Prerequisite(s): PSY 1010 with grade C- or higher and (ENGL 1010 or ENGH 1005 with a C+ grade or higher). Examines knowledge about key concepts and findings from the science of psychology. Applies effective strategies, grounded in psychology, to their own lives in areas that will help them to be healthier and happier. Key topic areas include: stress, social influences and interpersonal communication, relationships and life transitions, and mental and physical health.
