Introduction to the profession of Dietetics, medical terminology, assessment of nutrition status, and the nutrition care process. Instructor signature required for enrollment. A minimum grade of "C" (2.0) or above must be earned in this course before it can be counted in a Human Nutrition major or as a prerequisite for any other course. A minimum grade of "C" (2.0 or above) must be earned in all prerequisite courses.
