This course introduces students to the implementation skills necessary to successfully combine and apply lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts in small to mid-sized manufacturing facilities. This course is required for the Institutional Certificate in Quality and Lean Manufacturing, and can be used as a technical elective for the Oklahoma State University Engineering Technology Management Masters Degree.
