Prerequisite(s): ART 1110, ART 1120, or department approval and University Advanced Standing. Studies fundamental human anatomy, structure, value representation, proportion, shape, and gesture from a fine arts vantage point in a range of drawing media. Draws from observation of live models (clothed and unclothed). Serves as a foundation for advanced courses in drawing and painting the human form as found in traditional, modern, and contemporary fine arts movements. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credits toward graduation.. Course Lab fee of $135 applies.
