This course will explore population health topics and challenges present in health organizations. Students will analyze the responses by managers and leaders in addressing the challenges to identify successful approaches to problem solving and process improvement. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Develop an understanding of current issues related to population health. 2. Demonstrate an understanding of strategic approaches in resolving population health issues in a collaborative environment. 3. Evaluate the success or failure of strategic approaches to problem solving by leaders in population health. 4. Create alternative approaches to solving current issues in population health.
