Description:
Industrial Energy Analysis is an experience-based course to be completed by employees of the Department of Energy Industrial Assessment Centers (IAC) program. The course is only open to students who are employed by the University of Utah IAC. The course will focus on analysis of industrial systems including (but not limited to) compressed air systems, boilers and steam distribution systems, electrical systems, pumps and motors, building HVAC systems, industrial production processes, solar energy, heat recovery, cogeneration, lighting, energy management systems including ISO 50001.
