Understand how these issues impact the financial management of construction projects. Prepare bid documents with an engineers' estimate and bid sheet, front end and back end specifications. EJCDC/ APWA/ UDOT document specifications. Prerequisites: Full Major status in (Construction Engineering OR Civil Engineering).
