Institution:
University of Utah
Subject:
ESS Fitness Courses
Description:
AntiGravityr Fitness is the original aerial yoga and suspension fitness technique created by Christopher Harrison. AntiGravity techniques allow one to stretch further and hold challenging postures longer by utilizing the Harrison AntiGravityr Hammock, a soft trapeze like fabric that holds up to 1000 pounds. While practicing traditional yoga poses midair, this suspension fitness technique increases flexibility, agility, and coordination and builds core strength while having fun. This airborne workout is a fusion of yoga, aerial, pilates, calisthenics and dance. Not enrolled in a high school program.
