This course will provide students with a greater understanding of the complexities of quality improvement efforts and will give the students real-life situations through each application. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of quality principles, interpretations, understanding, and concepts throughout the problem-solving process. Students will have a full understanding of basic concepts as they build knowledge toward more advanced applications in quality control.
