This course serves as a stepping stone for all other embodied practice courses and is primarily an un-doing, re-structuring course. This is an advanced Yoga course that introduces students to the internal techniques, training and practices inherent to hatha yoga. Corequisite: KIN 6100. Prerequisite/Restriction: To be accepted and enrolled in the new MFA in Movement Studies at USU.
