Promotes application of principles taught throughout the hospitality management program with a specific focus on effectively managing food and beverage functions. Tailors projects to students completing the food and beverage track. Recommends but does not require at least a year of experience working in the foodservice industry. Uses student-led consulting teams to complete real-world projects.
