Prerequisite(s): MATH 1050 or MATH 1055 or (EGDT 1600 and 1610). Covers architectural structures for low-rise and light construction projects. Applies trigonometry and technical math. Covers lateral, wind, seismic, and snow loads. Introduces the basic principles of statics including; force systems, moments, resultants of force systems, analysis of structures, centroids and centers of gravity, and moments of inertia.
