The healthcare profession can be a highly rewarding career, but it can also be riddled with stress. This course will explore contributing factors that may cause stress among healthcare professionals. Burnout can be a direct result of stress in the workplace. The student will examine the causes of burnout, and more importantly, explore tools to prevent and treat burnout.
