This course applies principles of nutrition to the life cycle including food and nutrient needs during pregnancy, lactation, growth, maturation and aging. Students will build upon fundamentals of human nutrition and their application to a healthy lifestyle. This course addresses therapeutic nutrition and disease prevention measurements utilizing the most recent scientific nutrition information.
