This course builds upon the' detailed musculoskeletal knowledge covered in the Anatomy for Dance (BALLE 4401) course. The focus is for students to embody the material presented in BALLE 4401, further developing, analyzing, and fine-tuning individualized conditioning programs through regular practice, observation, and reflection. Students establish a regular embodied practice. For the 2 credit option, students will additionally gain skills in teaching/coaching others. Meets with DANC 4511 and DANC 6620. Prerequisites: 'C-' or better in BALLE 4401 OR DANC 4510
