This course investigates themes of travel, navigation, and cross-cultural encounters throughout today's Portuguese-speaking world. Students develop interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational communication skills as they read and view authentic texts and learn to speak and write about these topics. Prerequisite(s)/Restriction(s): One of the following: Portuguese NEWL exam with a score of 3 or higher Instructor permission
