This course will introduce methods of optimization, simulation, and analysis for a variety of complex systems -including linear optimization,non-linear optimization,and data modeling. It will also introduce business analytics, the types of business analytics and their uses and advantages. Students will apply business analytics and modeling techniques to improve design for feasibility concepts of a complex system. Software used will include SQL, Visual Basic,Excel, and similar languages.
