Students apply knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to plan and teach a culturally appropriate curriculum for young children. A practicum for 3 credits requires students complete a minimum of 135 field experience hours (45 hours/credit) supervised in an early childhood setting that must be approved by the instructor.
