Upper-division elective course giving students service and leadership opportunities in the field of Exercise Science, as well as opportunities to explore career paths. Students are required to participate in the class and various co-curricular activities and projects on campus and within the community. Students will be expected to mentor lower-division students and serve in leadership capacities for activities and projects. Students will develop an appreciation for service and demonstrate leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
